Monarch's founders got their start over 25 years ago on the labor and support side of kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, painting, and damage restoration — doing the hands-on work that the big-box companies sold but never delivered themselves.
That experience showed us a broken model: homeowners paying premium prices, only to have their project handed off to unknown third-party vendors with zero accountability. We built Monarch to fix that — by working directly with every homeowner, every time.
